Massaging our face promotes oxygen and blood flow in our skin. Not only does this result in reducing puffiness, it also creates a brighter skin tone and appearance. The massage will also increase collagen production, which prevents the formation of wrinkles. You can call it the 'natural face lift'. Love this article! I myself had gotten a postnatal massage before and it was so rejuvenating. In fact, postnatal massage in Singapore is very common. Since I didn’t want to go out during confinement, I went with Postnatal Massage Singapore (PNSG) which offers home-based service. Their massage takes care of every discomfort I was facing like engorgement, PLUS helps with toning up my belly!

Totally agree with the benefits in here. I had a postnatal massage at home back in March. Many postpartum issues like blocked milk ducts, I noticed I barely experience them thanks to the massage. If u are in Singapore, I’d recommend PNSG. They offer a bunch of free items and add-on massage bed too. PLUS newborn massage tutorial. Totally worth it.
